WHO IS HUGO BEARDSALL

After graduating with a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Sheffield, Hugo began a career in estate agency and was based in South Kensington focusing on high net worth individuals. He subsequently moved to the Home Counties where he gained additional experience of selling country properties.

In 2016 he left Estate Agency to set up The UK Property Sourcing Agents Ltd which specilises in sourcing properties for international and UK based clients in the South Yorkshire and North
Midlands regions.

Hugo invests in his own portfolio in Northern England and South Wales as well as regularly appearing as a guest speaker at property investment seminars and network meetings all over the UK.

WHO IS CHELSEA STONES
"The HMO Queen"

Despite Chelsea’s relatively short life so far, she has been exposed to property all her life, even helping her father run specific ‘Rent to Rent’ courses between 2014 - 2016.

Chelsea attended Sheffield Hallam University studying Sociology and Criminology. Since university, Chelsea has focused heavily on property, setting up and building the HMO management company ‘KIMCOH Properties’ which is now the premier HMO letting
and management company operating in Doncaster and the surrounding areas. She is now referred to as the ‘HMO Queen of Doncaster’ and her relationships with both her landlords and tenants is at the heart of what makes KIMCOH so successful.

Chelsea is an active property investor personally, with the majority of her portfolio being in Doncaster. She speaks from experience, having lived in Doncaster all her life.
